The Work
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Team Lead to coordinate planning, organization, and execution of engineering activities for the development of assigned technical capabilities. The successful candidate will work within an agile team, planning work based on customer requirements and program contractual agreements. The Network Team Lead will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and presenting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other metrics related to the Network Enterprise, as well as driving the use of best practices within the engineering team using Agile processes, tools, and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate planning, organization, and execution of engineering activities for the development of assigned technical capabilities
- Create, maintain, and present KPIs and other metrics related to the Network Enterprise
- Drive the use of best practices within the engineering team using Agile processes, tools, and frameworks
- Work with Development Engineers and Release Train Engineers to develop schedule, technical, and cost performance of the capability
- Provide input to standard metrics packages for program execution status, technical improvement, and management/customer status updates
- Manage risk mitigation activities, schedule planning, and change requests associated with the capabilities
- Prepare and present internal and external communications, including In Process Reviews (IPRs), Integrated Engineering Technical Reviews (IETRs), and bi-weekly status meetings

Please Note:
- This position is based at a Lockheed Martin facility in Colorado Springs, CO. The role requires flexibility to travel to alternate work locations as needed.

Basic Qualifications

- An Active Top-Secret Clearance, with SCI and SAP eligibility
- 8140 Compliant Certification such as Security+, GSEC, SCNP, SSCP, CISSP, CISA, GSE, SCNA, etc.
- Proven experience in network engineering, managing complex systems, and project management

Desired skills

- Prior experience with C2BMC
- Knowledge of C2BMC NT/BC processes and procedures
- Agile methodology or Agile Product Owner certification
- Digital Transformation and DevOps implementation experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and Business Process Management
- Ability to analyze project, program, and portfolio information needs, as well as determine resources needed to achieve objectives
- Customer-focused with the ability to proactively build and align stakeholders, capabilities, and resources to achieve objectives
- Excellent writing and presentation skills using Microsoft PowerPoint and Visio drawing tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently on large field projects

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $104,500 - $184,115. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

Premium Pay Statement
