- Medical Degree
- Diagnostic Radiology Residency
- American Board of Radiology Certified
- Florida Medical License
- Competitive applicants will have completed at least 1 year of dedicated subspecialty fellowship training in Neuroradiology
- Candidate should have a strong foundation in all fields of diagnostic neuroradiology, including advanced neuroimaging (DTI, Spectroscopy, fMRI and perfusion imaging)
- Fully integrated, efficient PACS and EMR, AI tools including RAPID and AIDOC, high quality diagnostic equipment, electronic communication tool and radiology assistants
Responsibilities
- Participation in the advancement and education of diagnostic radiology medical students, residents, and fellows
- Provide clinical imaging services to interpret plain film, CT, and MR studies
- Participate in teaching residents, fellows, and medical students, as well as clinical research, journal club, and weekly multidisciplinary conference & grand rounds
- Be part of the on-call radiology schedule
- Exercise quality assurance as related to the practice of neuroradiology
- Provide neuroradiology consultation as requested
- Staff off-site outpatient imaging sites as requested by the Division Director or Chair
- Assume administrative responsibilities related to the practice of neuroradiology
- Participate in teaching activities related to neuroradiology as required in:
- Diagnostic Radiology and integrated Diagnostic Radiology/Interventional Radiology Residency programs
- Medical student education program
- Radiologic technologist educational programs
- Participation in the development and management of new and ongoing clinical research & publishing papers in academic journals
- Serve on Departmental and Hospital committees as requested by the Chair
- Recruiting, training and mentoring other faculty members and residents
- Attending faculty and departmental meetings and voicing concerns or providing suggestions for improvement
- Promoting the health and well-being of our community
