This role is commission-based, with the potential to earn $125,000 - $300,000+ annually after around one year. A fixed salary will be provided during the initial 3-month training period.

Responsibilities
Adhere to model home staff hours: Friday - Monday, 12-4 pm (weekends required), with Wednesdays and Thursdays off
Work hours range from 50-60+ hours per week
Attend weekly team meetings and provide insights to Sales and Marketing Management on improving sales performance and customer satisfaction
Follow the Tim O'Brien Homes Sales Process, maintaining a thorough understanding of all contract documentation, financing processes, options, and minimum standards as detailed in Sales Training
Provide outstanding customer service at all stages of the construction process - from sale to close, to post-close interactions. Maintain an Avid customer satisfaction rating in the top 10% in the US
Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with past and present customers, as well as future prospects, to effectively leverage opportunities for obtaining customer referrals
Demonstrate initiative in problem-solving customer journey management concerns throughout the sales and construction process, attending various customer orientations and construction updates
Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, manage leads, and follow up with prospective customers

Ability to establish and nurture trust with customers, trade partners, and employees
Adaptability in dynamic market conditions
Ability to read and comprehend detailed construction blueprints, specifications, and basic development drawings, including redlining plans (with training)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Outlook (email), Microsoft Teams, and Zoom. Training provided for Bluebeam/Revit and HubSpot
Must have a valid Real Estate License in the State of Wisconsin or be willing to obtain one within the first 60 days
