You have the opportunity to earn between $125,000 - $300,000+ annually in this commission-based position. During the initial 3-month training period, a guaranteed salary is provided. Responsibilities
Maintain the model home staff hours from Friday to Monday, with weekends required from 12-4 pm, and have Wednesdays and Thursdays off
Work between 50-60+ hours per week
Attend weekly team meetings to offer insights on enhancing sales performance and customer satisfaction to Sales and Marketing Management
Adhere to the Tim O'Brien Homes Sales Process, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of all contract documentation, financing processes, options, and minimum standards outlined in Sales Training
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the construction process - from sale to post-close interactions, aiming to uphold an Avid customer satisfaction rating in the top 10% in the US
Cultivate strong relationships with past, current, and potential customers to capitalize on opportunities for customer referrals
Take initiative in resolving customer journey management issues during sales and construction processes, participating in various customer orientations and construction updates
Utilize CRM tools for tracking interactions, managing leads, and following up with potential customers
Qualifications
Highly motivated individual with the ability to thrive in an independent work environment
Receptive to feedback and committed to personal development
Proficient in establishing and nurturing trust with clients, partners, and team members
Capable of adapting to dynamic market conditions
Skilled in interpreting intricate construction plans and specifications, including redlining
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom; training provided for Bluebeam/Revit and HubSpot
Must possess or be willing to acquire a valid Real Estate License in Wisconsin within the first 60 days
