The second chapter of our Play to Win journey is about modernizing the Specialty Care North America commercial operations with a keen sense of urgency and putting in place the right preparations for our exciting pipeline.
Reporting to the Head of New Product Launches, Specialty Care North America, this position will play a critical role in the pre-launch development of HCP and patient marketing strategies and initiatives to support the upcoming US launch of amlitelimab for atopic dermatitis. The incumbent will be a skilled marketer with experience in building and shaping brands, especially in disease state awareness and branded and unbranded market shaping activities. Strong knowledge of the US healthcare system will be essential to inform go-to-market launch planning and execution.

$172,500.00 - $249,166.66

Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in the development of HCP and patient marketing strategies and tactics for amlitelimab in atopic dermatitis.
- Partner with US and global colleagues to develop a disease education campaign for atopic dermatitis leading up to the US launch, with a specific focus on US pull-through activities.
- Develop branded and unbranded campaigns and assets with a best-in-class omnichannel approach, underpinned by market analysis and competitive benchmarking to drive ROI.
- Conduct relevant market research to identify customer needs and generate market insights to inform strategies and tactics that establish amlitelimab as the future standard of care for atopic dermatitis.
- Develop and execute a differentiated Patient Experience Strategy.
- Effectively manage budget allocation against the spending plan.
- Update work plans and project reports to support effective execution.
- Partner with peers and procurement to secure HCP AOR, including RFP, interviews, and onboarding in 2025.
- Contribute to the development of the 2025 brand plan and the 2026 tactical plan.
About You
- This highly impactful role requires an individual with a keen ability to partner with and influence cross-functional stakeholders, including medical, sales, market access, legal, and compliance.
- Strong track record in the pharma/biopharma industry driving commercial success and launching new medicines.
- Specialty therapeutic experience is required; immunology experience is preferred.
- Relationship management, conflict resolution, and the ability to work collaboratively, along with strong organizational and operational skills.
- Strategic agility, results orientation, and exceptional influence skills.
- Data-driven ability to distill large amounts of data and information to find the lead story and communicate it effectively to others.
- Cross-functional experience leading brand planning processes or similar interdisciplinary workstreams.
- Leads with a customer orientation.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of relevant healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience.
- US or other major market commercial experience preferred.
