Job Description

Support by 2 APPs who help with admissions (approx. 10/night), cover ICU, codes, etc.
Procedures/lines provided by inhouse General Surgery residents
Intubations provided by ER/Anesthesia
ICU is open but managed almost exclusively by renowned Pulm/CC service
CC services provided in-person during days & via tele CC at night
Tele Critical Care service provided by enowned Pulm/CC program & coordinated by APP
Tele-Hospitalist service provides cross coverage as needed
7 on/7 off schedule, 12-hour shift

Description:

Physician will treat hospitalized patients from admission through discharge, conducting history and physical assessments, strategizing to improve and/or manage patient health, and attempting to reduce their length of stay through safe medical practices and recommended treatment plans.
