Our affiliate, Unified Women's Healthcare of North Carolina, is looking for a Hospitalist/Nocturnist Physician to join their prestigious Women's Health Care Center in Durham, NC. Join a compassionate group who provide a team-based approach to patient care. Every member of our staff is focused on making the patient experience individualized and meaningful. Practice Highlights:
Hospital shifts will be at Duke Regional Hospital. Duke Regional Hospital has a Level 2 NICU unit, support from Duke University resident physicians, and the Da Vinci robotic system for major surgical procedures.
Full-time position of 2-3 14-hour in-house call shifts per week. About 1 weekend shift per month.
Hospitalist can expect to perform about 5-10 deliveries per month.
Strong group of resident physicians that can provide assistance and backup to hospitalist.
Group malpractice coverage.
Call is shared with another practice group.
Competitive compensation and benefits package.
$30K commencement and $30K retention bonus.
