Non-Clinical - Finance/Accounting - Business Analyst

Job Description: The EPIC Business Systems Analyst works alongside with Rady Business Systems Analyst providing technical oversight & experience on software design & analysis, application & system installation &implementation, & system scope & design objectives. The EPIC Business Systems Analyst will provide technical mentorship to the Business Systems Analyst assist in the areas of research & analysis, monitoring & compilation of assigned project deliverables, & detailed specifications from which vendor systems will be programmed/configured, & guidance & support for workflow analysis & documentation. The EPIC Business Systems Analyst supports the overall business / project plan by contributing to the analysis of assigned project deliverables, & detailed specifications from which vendor systems will be programmed/configured & provides process & workflow analysis. The EPIC Business Systems Analyst responsibilities include duties related to high level project analysis & planning, medium to large project management (which may include design, analysis & implementation), along with supporting the overall business / project plan by identifying & providing deliverables as a team member to meet project / team performance & outcomes relative to established project goals/measurements Requirements: - 3 years of experience, 5 or more preferred - EPIC HB Contracts and HB System Administration Certification, HB Claims certification preferred in addition. - High attention to detail - Ability to perform complex analysis using modeling, forecasting and statistical analysis methodologies - Ability to work effectively in a multi-faceted, time-critical work environment Shifts: M-F 5 x 8 Days - 0800-1600 (8A-4P PST)
