Arcadia Inc is seeking an experienced Director of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) to lead our safety initiatives and ensure a safe and environmentally responsible workplace. This role is critical in developing and implementing comprehensive EHS strategies tailored for a manufacturing environment.
Summary/Objective: The overall development, performance, and maintenance of the organization's DSA projects. Non-Deferred Projects Manager must cultivate relationships with architectural design team influencers and specifiers. Must be proficient in reading and understand architectural drawings and specifications as well as design assist processes.
Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.The nature of your role will require travel within the division area. However, from time to time you may be expected to travel outside that area as the job role requires.
Job Requirements:
Requirements & Competencies: Thorough understanding of manufacturing, knowledge of building and architecture, Non-Deferred Projects processes and requirements. Strong business development skills and analytical skills. Proficient Microsoft, Outlook and software CAD knowledge. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Minimum bachelor's degree preferred.

Job Requirements:
- Direct management of Non-Deferred Projects division workload and labor
- Establish and build relationships by assisting architectural design firms during the life cycle of the Non-Deferred Projects
- Achieve sales goals through developing industry relationships and strong closing skills
- Contribute to team effort by delivering projects to the sales team
- Maintain and expand already existing architecture base
- Provide management with action plan, activity, and results report
- Sell products through creative design and provide product knowledge and application assistance
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track and manage DSA project activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
