This new position is responsible forprogram management, driving proof of concept projects, and overall business process for theIndependent Aftermarket (IAM) Channel and business. The responsibilities include supporting the development and implementation of IAM operational strategies and processes for North America, along with supporting global initiatives that the North America IAM team integrates into. Additional responsibilities includepeople powerinitiatives, budget, training, standardization, functional area calendar/event management, resource estimation and forecasting, and special projects.

Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in automotive parts and service
- Excellent communicator, written and oral
- Strong project management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA orMaster's degreefrom an accredited university
- Full understanding of Aftersales and/or Independent Aftermarket organizational structure, processes,goalsand responsibilities
- Strong leadership behaviors to leadhigh leveland large group initiatives
- Presentation skills at VP/Senior Management levels
- Experience in managing KPI's,qualityand functional performance
- Coaching and leadership experience
- MS Office proficient
