POSITION: North America IT Manager

REPORTS TO: Global VP IT

SALARY: Commensurate with experience

JOB SUMMARY

Specialist in Network, cyber security and Information Systems Management , with a proven track record of success in overseeing and maintaining IT infrastructure across multiple locations.

This position is located onsite in Mt Carmel, IL, with the opportunity to work remote 1-2 days per week.

REQUIREMENTS

• Lead IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems & services
• Network and Infrastructure Management including Workstation and Microsoft Windows/Server Management
• Office 365 Administration
• Support 150+ technology users
• Manage help desk US position and ensuring first class support for all US locations and Mexico.
• Work closely and aligned with the Global infrastructure manager in Israel. Provide support and collaboration to business units.
• Help define infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes.
• Partner with key stakeholders across the organization.
• Ability to explain technical details and handle complex information with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize.
• Experience working in a multi-cultural, multi-national environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES

• Determines operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and formats
• Improves systems by studying current practices, applying best practices, and designing modifications
• Recommends controls by identifying problems and writing improved procedures
• Ensures operation by training personnel, providing help desk support, and providing references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation
• Overall department oversite, including management of projects, personnel, budgets, key stakeholder relationships, and department performance
• Establish a culture of growth, education and application

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years of experience in working in IT operations management
• Experience with ERP / WMS a plus.
• Ability to explain technical details and handle complex information with accuracy and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience, or a combination of the two
