Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy focused on acquiring and expanding business with large and mid-cap tech companies based in North America. Identify key opportunities to deliver tailored technology services that help clients meet their business goals.
- Drive the end-to-end sales process from prospecting and lead generation to proposal delivery, negotiation, and closure, while managing a healthy sales pipeline and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing, ensuring long-term relationships with high-value clients in the tech sector.
- Conduct needs assessments with clients and propose tailored technology services to solve their business challenges and drive measurable results.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Partner with internal teams, including technical sales engineers, solution architects, and product managers, to create and present tailored proposals aligned with client objectives.
- Demonstrate and exemplify company values at all times, both internally and externally.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the tech services space to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos to potential clients, negotiate terms, and close mutually beneficial deals.
- Maintain accurate sales records and updates in the CRM system to track performance and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Qualifications
- At least 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, with a focus on selling technology services or solutions to tech companies. Proficient in CRM systems.
- Strong understanding of the technology services market, including IT consulting, managed services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and enterprise-level IT support.
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas, with a history of closing large, complex deals.
- Comfort with discussing complex technical solutions and a keen ability to translate technical benefits into business value.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present and negotiate effectively at all levels.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is required.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients, attend industry events, and support business development efforts.
