Seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our team to provide Urology care. Join our practice as they provide ambulatory clinic care, hospital rounding and surgical cases. Live in or near a major metropolitan area but practice in physician friendly Indiana. We are the dominant supplier of health care in our area with 110,000 active patient files. This opportunity provides a built-in referral base. We have 3 patient care facilities in Northwest Indiana. We have an affiliated 9-bed surgical hospital attached to the Specialty Center where Endocrinology is located. We also have Radiology (including open MRI), lab (Pathologist available Monday-Friday), a full service EKG department, a full service pulmonary lab, an outpatient Physical Therapy Department and a dietitian.
