USI/ Asteelflash is activity looking for a talented NPI Program Managerto join our leadership team here in Milpitas, CA.

The ideal candidate is a reliable and effective communicator with a proven ability to direct programs involving multiple projects and complex moving parts. This highly organized professional can align with the strategic direction of Asteelflash Milpitas while demonstrating motivational leadership, flexibility, and the ability to manage a variety of initiatives seamlessly.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Coordinate the start-up of new programs and Quick Turn Acts, project management and implementation including Engineering, Materials, Resource and Cost management.
  • Customer advocate to communicate and help resolve all issues. Identify risks, mitigate solutions, manage feedback and complaints.
  • Maintains positive relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Responsible for driving and monitoring the revenue, profitability of programs, inventory levels, and on-time shipment. Will work to load vs commit process
  • Leads CFT team to ensure manufacturing, material requirements, quality requirements, and associates costs are met as required by contract.
  • Provide customers with status updates.
  • Coordinates the cut-in of all engineering changes, determines the cost impact and then informs the customer.
  • Coordinates quoting activities, pricing review, and problem resolution business issue resolution (RMA, PPV, A/R, and E&O material) for assigned customers.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree or level of knowledge that would be normally obtained of a bachelor's degree.
  • 4 years' experience in similar positions in the EMS industry preferred.

This position required to be onsite at least 3 days in the office. The expected based salary range of this position, if filled in California, is $110,000-$135,000 annually, dependent on specific skills and work experience. Apply now!
