Job Summary
Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Mass General Brigham is hiring qualified CRNA's to work at Salem Hospital. This advanced practice position offers interested individuals the opportunity to develop their clinical skills with a dynamic anesthesia team in partnership with a large, academic medical center with a rich history and strong medical school affiliation.
At Salem Hospital, CRNAs have a great working relationship with anesthesiologists and are part of an integrated care team model. We have an exceptional leadership team, an extensive orientation and training program and regularly scheduled check-ins to support new graduate CRNAs and ensure they succeed in an acute, fast-paced environment. Our focus on teaching, learning, and innovation prepares our CRNAs for growth and development within the department. Departmental-specific benefits include meeting time and an educational stipend.

Qualifications
Qualifications - CRNA/SRNA Licensure Skills, Abilities and Competencies - Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology, biochemistry, chemistry, physics, and pharmacology related to anesthesia. The major clinical component provides experience with various anesthesia techniques and procedures for all types of surgery and obstetrics. - Fluent in verbal and written language skills. - Cultural competence and language skills for the patient population are desired.
