Job Description: Under the direction of the Children's Subspecialty Program Manager, the clinical coordinator will be recruited in the division of Children's Subspecialty Programs - Pediatric Urology as well as may support other Pediatric Subspecialty Clinics. The Clinical Coordinator will work with the multi-disciplinary team to improve the health outcomes of children. The nursing duties would include the provision of comprehensive care to children and adolescents; participate in pre/post clinic preparation; communicating with patients and families, including needs-based patient education; and assist in shared decision making with patients and families, other allied health professionals and physicians. The Clinical Coordinator will follow up and coordinate investigations through electronic medical records (EMR) system/ email /phone to coordinate patients' care.

Experience
- Five (5) years acute care nursing experience
- 3 years experience specifically in the acute clinical area required
- Supervisory experience is an asset
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
Other Education and Training
- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
- Nursing diploma is acceptable

Other Information
- Previous experience in acute care pediatric nursing is preferred
- Provincial posting open to SUN members - SUN/SAHO CBA Articles 27.02 and 27.05
- Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
