Nurse Manager Assistant

Four Winds Hospitals, A Leading Provider of Psychiatric Inpatient Services in Northern Westchester that treats children adolescents and adults, is seeking a Nurse Manager. A Nursing Clinical and Administrative leader of an inpatient unit.

Responsibilities:

• Supports the Nurse Manager in providing clinical and administrative leadership. 3, 4 or 5 day full time work weeks - flexible scheduling.
  Along with the Nurse Manager is responsible for provision and management of a safe and therapeutic milieu for patients.
  Acts as a clinical role model providing leadership, teaching and supervision to unit nursing staff.
  Active NYS license and 2 years of nursing experience required.
  BSN preferred.
  Experienced based salary scale starting at $43.00 per hour. Night differential also offered.
