- Compensation: Up to $130,000 annually (based on experience)

A state-of-the-art medical facility north of Austin is seeking a strong and experienced ICU nurse leader to oversee a 16-bed medical/mixed ICU. This is a closed-model ICU with dedicated intensivist coverage and a supportive administrative team. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of a 16-bed medical/mixed ICU, supervising ~25 FTEs
- Ensure excellence in nursing care delivery, patient outcomes, and core measure compliance
- Lead performance improvement initiatives and maintain clinical quality metrics (e.g., PI Data, Streetwise)
- Participate in hospital committees and assist with staff development, hiring, scheduling, and payroll
- Collaborate with ICU medical staff and department leaders to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
- Round on patients and staff daily, modeling excellence in communication and clinical practice
- Active RN license (TX or compact)
- BSN required (from an accredited school of nursing)
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
- At least 2 years of ICU leadership experience in an acute care hospital setting
