Position Overview:
Transformation House is seeking a dedicated Nurse Manager to oversee nursing staff across all sites, and maintain compliance for Medication Administration Policies & Procedures. This role will provide leadership and direct supervision to all Transformation House nursing staff, ensuring the safe administration, documentation, and disposal of all medications.

Pay Range
$80K-$90K Annually DOE

Position Overview:
Transformation House is seeking a dedicated Nurse Manager to oversee nursing staff across all sites, and maintain compliance for Medication Administration Policies & Procedures. This role will provide leadership and direct supervision to all Transformation House nursing staff, ensuring the safe administration, documentation, and disposal of all medications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements.
- Supervise and support nursing personnel, delegating daily assignments as needed.
- Collaborate with the Treatment Director to maintain high-quality nursing services aligned with client care plans and program policies.
- Train and oversee nursing staff, including signing off on medication administration for Recovery Techs.
- Manage clinical documentation, reporting, and KPI tracking.
- Assist in recruitment, training, and retention of qualified nursing personnel.
- Provide on-call support for staff questions and emergencies.
- Coordinate with the Medical Director and healthcare professionals to integrate services effectively.
- Conduct regular audits of charts and electronic health records to ensure adherence to nursing standards.
- Oversee controlled medication procedures, including proper disposal.
- Enforce facility policies and issue corrective actions as necessary.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Position Requirements
- Current Minnesota RN Licensure (Required)
- Experience in substance use disorder and/or mental health treatment (Preferred)
- Minimum of one year in a leadership role
- Knowledge of 245G
Pay Range
