Full Time-Days, Nurse manager, Intensive Crisis Residence
St. Vincent's Hospital Westchester in Harrison, New York is seeking a dynamic leader for the Nurse Manager position in our new Intensive Crisis Residence. The ICR will be a licensed, voluntary, short--term residential treatment program for adults experiencing a psychiatric crisis, providing treatment and supports to help residents return to their previous level of functioning in the community.
Reporting to the Program Director and working in collaboration with a multidiscipline team, the Nurse Manager will oversee 24 hour nursing coverage and all nursing functions, including medication administration and ongoing risk assessments. The Nurse Manager will ensure that the nursing process is used to plan, implement, direct, and evaluate patient care to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements:
Three years of nursing experience working with adults with mental illness is required. One year of supervisory experience is preferred.
Must be a graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing with Current Registration in New York State as an RN.
Pay: $100-110k
