The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing medical, mental health, and addictions treatment to clients in our residential and outpatient addictions treatment programs. Applicants must have the ability to perform telehealth services when needed.

Applicants must have a Master's Degree in Nursing and a license as an APN, RN in the state of Indiana as well as a DEA certificate. A Medicaid X waiver is preferred or must be willing to be obtained. A specialty in addiction medicine is preferred but not required.
