Indiana University Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for our IU Health Jay Family Practice and Upland Primary Care. Our established team provides access to care for patients within the Jay County and Upland communities.

IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital is a 379-bed hospital and is designated as alevel 3 trauma center. It is both a teaching hospital and a regional tertiary referral center. Over the last decade, the hospital has undergone a $130 million remodel and currently serves over 82,700 patients daily.
Since the early 1980s, physicians and staff members have been actively involved in national and international medical research studies, particularly in the areas of oncology, cardiology and coagulation.

Position Highlights
- Monday - Friday schedule
- Provide comprehensive care to women to Jay County across the lifespan, specializing in reproductive health, pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum care.
- Collaborate with our team of physicians, APPs, nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, patient centered care.
- No weekends or holidays
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
- CNM, FNP or WHNP certification required
- Must be BE/BC
- Labor and Delivery or OBGYN background required
- Successful candidates will have critical thinking skills, strong communication, provide quality care and be a team player.
