Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to patients undergoing fertility treatments, including initial consultations, diagnostic evaluations, and ongoing management.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Perform and interpret diagnostic tests, including ultrasound scans, hormone assessments, and genetic screenings.
• Conduct transvaginal ultrasounds and assist in oocyte retrieval procedures for IVF (In Vitro Fertilization) patients.
• Educate patients on fertility options, treatment protocols, and reproductive health, ensuring informed decision-making throughout the process.
• Offer compassionate support and counseling to patients and their families, addressing emotional and psychological aspects of infertility.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and clinic protocols.
• Stay current on advancements in reproductive medicine through continuing education, professional development, and participation in research initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of North Carolina.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in a fertility clinic or OBGYN setting, with expertise in reproductive endocrinology and infertility.
• Proficiency in conducting pelvic examinations, performing transvaginal ultrasounds, and interpreting laboratory results.
• Experience assisting in IVF procedures, including oocyte retrieval, embryo transfer, and cycle monitoring.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with patients and colleagues.
• Dedication to excellence in patient care, with a focus on delivering personalized and compassionate services.
• Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.
