Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate nurse practitioner or physician assistant to provide high-quality, comprehensive clinical care to a diverse patient population. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong clinical decision-making, cultural competence, and effective communication skills in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care according to established standards, protocols, and practices.
• Take medical histories, assess medical conditions, and interpret findings.
• Provide evidence-based clinical decisions while adhering to organizational quality measures.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough written clinical documentation.
• Communicate effectively with patients, peers, and other stakeholders, both orally and in writing.
• Utilize electronic health records and other computer systems for patient management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or physician assistant program.
• Valid licensure in the state of practice.
• Ability to obtain any necessary certifications and registrations.
• Strong knowledge of nursing or physician assistant theory and practice, with experience in providing professional clinical care.
• Ability to provide culturally competent care to a diverse patient population.
• Strong skills in medical assessment and history taking.
• Proven success in clear communication with patients and other healthcare professionals.
• Familiarity with electronic health records and other relevant computer systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in an ambulatory or urgent care setting (1-2 years).
• Bilingual skills (Spanish preferred).
• APRN or PA license (preferred).
