We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Clinical Nurse Supervisor to work in our busy Brooklyn, NY office. We offer a flexible schedule of 4 10-hour shifts with rotation through weekends and holidays.

How You'll Contribute:
We always do whatever it takes, even if it isn't specifically our "job." In general, the Clinical Nurse Supervisor is responsible for:
- Helps to plan and organize Clinical Services responsibilities to increase staff efficiency and best utilize the staffs' skills and abilities
- Acts as a Liaison between the Brooklyn office and all other locations.
- Along with the leadership team, manages the Nursing Team, performs staff evaluations, participates in hiring new clinical staff and the orientation and training of new hires in accordance with organizational policy
- Works closely with all physicians at the Brooklyn location
- Helps to set goals for Clinical Services staff and motivates staff to accomplish the goals
- Assists department and office supervisors with processing patient or program incidents and helps to prepare necessary documentation as need
- Under the direction of the Director, performs other tasks as needed.
- Assists primary nurses with patient care and/or callbacks as needed
- Participates in rotating "on call" coverage of weekends and holidays
- Handles patient issues/complaints in a timely, calm, and professional manner
What You'll Bring:
The skills and education we need are:
- Valid NY License; RN (2 year degree program) and BS in nursing, healthcare administration, education, or business management required.
- Minimum 2 years prior Supervisory/Management experience and demonstrated leadership qualities and activities required
- Minimum 4 years' experience in women's health care with 2 years IVF experience required
- Ability to work well independently and demonstrate good judgment along with the ability to function as a member of a multi-disciplinary healthcare team
- Knowledge of clinical procedures, program operations, computer software, and equipment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office required including Work and Excel
- Ability to travel to all RMA of NY locations
