The primary function of the Health Center Nurse Manager is to manage the day-to-day operations of their assigned clinic, assure that patient care coordination occurs in a timely and cost-effective manner, assist providers, and provide nursing coverage as needed and engage We Champion for those members identified with higher health risk factors. The Nurse/Practice Manger, working with Clinical Leaders, is empowered to create and maintain an atmosphere of a patient-centered medical home model. The Nurse/Practice Manager shows dedication for improving population health and is responsible for working collaboratively with medical providers to drive positive health outcomes.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
The MANAGER should possess the following skills and attributes:
- Excellent clinical skills and abilities
- Superior written, oral, computer and interpersonal communication skills
- Management and organizational skills
- Ability to monitor quality control standards, analyze & interpret data, and prepare comprehensive reports
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Possess strong interpersonal skills for positive and effective interaction with patients, visitors, physicians, and the health care team
- Good organization, delegation, and communication skills to facilitate efficient
Patient care
- Strong demonstrated ability in assessment, analytical decision making, and critical thinking
- Proficient at coaching and motivational interviewing
- Provide MedSpa services to include Sinclair V series services, coordination of Botox and filler appointments and assist in the ordering of supplies for the Medspa
Prior Experience and Education
- Active Registered Nurse License in the state of employment
- Minimum 3 years nursing and supervisory experience.
- Current active CPR certification
- Bachelor of Science Nursing
- Minimum of 3 years nursing experience
- Minimum of 3 years nursing supervisory experience
- Preferred: Certified Health Coach, Nurse Coach or Case Manager
