Responsibilities

The Nurse Manager-Intensive Care Unit will promote the mission and values of the organization and be an active advocate of providing quality patient care, excellent customer service and efficient health care. As a member of the management team, the nurse manager will be involved in unit-based planning, budgeting, manpower/staffing and education program development in order to deliver efficient, effective and quality patient care.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's from an accredited school of nursing required
• Minimum of 3-5 years' clinical nursing experience
• Nursing Education Experience preferred
• Current and valid NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License
• Maintains Current BLS, ACLS certifications

Perferred Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of EPIC a plus!
