SUMMARY: The position of Nutrition Services Equipment Lead, under the direction of the Director of Nutritional Services, shall perform emergency repairs and preventative maintenance on Nutritional Services (NS) equipment as required throughout the district. In addition, this position works closely with the Assistant Director and the school-based NS staff and is expected to maintain a professional and good working relationship with all NS, Maintenance/Operations, and school district staff. The work will include but is not limited to maintaining the safe and efficient operation of refrigeration/freezers, combi. convection, rack, and retherm ovens; steam kettles; dish machines, fryers, and mixers.
