Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist or Certified Hand Therapist to join our healthcare team in Hillsboro. As a Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing comprehensive treatment programs to help patients improve their mobility, manage pain, and enhance their quality of life.
  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Perform occupational therapy treatments using various therapeutic techniques and modalities
  • Design and implement rehabilitation programs for patients with diverse conditions
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Supervise and guide Therapy Assistants and support staff
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in EMR systems
  • Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and home exercise programs
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety protocols
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives


Qualifications
  • Occupational Therapy Degree from an accredited institution
  • Current Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice
  • Valid CPR certification
  • Proven clinical experience in occupational therapy
  • Extensive knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and treatment methodologies
  • Proficiency in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and MS Office
  • Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and movement science
  • Excellent assessment and diagnostic skills
  • Superior communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Experience working with diverse patient populations
  • Commitment to continuing education and professional development

Compensation Range: $80K - $100K Based on Experience
