- Acute care experience

Job Description:
- Conduct evaluations with an expectation of completing eight out of nine assignments
- Work schedule is Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays
- Provide therapeutic interventions and support to patients
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records within the EHR system
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
