As an Occupational Therapist at Alliance Care, you will be at the forefront of excellence, responsible for:
- Conducting comprehensive evaluations of residents and tailoring treatment plans to their unique needs.
- Empowering residents to regain independence through thoughtfully selected therapeutic activities.
- Guiding and monitoring residents' progress as they execute their personalized tasks.
- Assessing resident advancements and meticulously documenting their journey through detailed reports.
- Facilitating the rehabilitation of residents who have experienced injury, illness, or other challenges.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
- Current New Jersey State OT License.
- Preferred experience in long-term care settings, showcasing your dedication to holistic resident care.
- A commitment to the well-being of our residents, including mandatory COVID-19 vaccination.
