What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide evaluations and therapy services to students with developmental and physical challenges.
- Implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other support staff to foster student success.
- Utilize creative, hands-on techniques to improve fine motor coordination, handwriting, sensory processing, and functional independence.
- Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and documentation per school policies.
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Active New York OT license.
- Experience in a school or pediatric setting (preferred but not required).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working with children.
