Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students' motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities within the school setting.
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans to enhance student engagement and independence.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students' goals.
- Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights to support student development.
- Active Occupational Therapy license in California or eligibility to obtain one.
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- School-based experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A commitment to fostering student growth and independence.
