Required Skills : Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in organizational behavior, organization development, industrial psychology, communication, or related discipline. - Minimum 7 years of experience leading change management for complex technical projects, including Sponsor Alignment and Coaching, Stakeholder Assessment, Management and Alignment, Role Mapping, Instructional Design, Communication, Surveys and Training, as well as post-go-live planning and support. - Change management experience with SAP preferred. - Proven experience in developing and delivering impactful outcome-based presentations to clients tailored to client needs and project scope. - Preferred experience and certification with Prosci change management methodology. - Fast-paced environment with strict deadlines. - Flexibility to work multiple time zones.

- Quickly build an understanding of business, situation, and desired outcomes.
- Create and execute change management plans, including communication and engagement, resistance management, sponsor coalition, change champion network, readiness, training, and sustainment.
- Create compelling and customized internal and external communications, messages, and supporting materials with superior quality.
- This includes, but is not limited to, communication content (e.g., videos, virtual postcards, PowerPoint presentations, SharePoint content, people manager and employee toolkits).
- Support execution of the Train the Trainer plan, as well as end users.
- May create supplemental training content as needed.
- Support UAT and Go Live, working closely with the project team and impacted stakeholders for a seamless transition.
- Develop and support post-go-live plans to enhance the adoption and utilization of the new processes and technology.
- Apply a proactive, flexible, and practical approach to manage the people, process, and technology changes occurring within Advantage while achieving the project's desired outcomes.
- Lead change network activities, including planning, developing, and executing change network meeting content, serving as a point of contact for change champions.
- Partner with Project Leads and team members to deliver on change plans and the People Side of the project.
- Additional responsibilities as required to support the overall success of the team and organization.
