We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Intelligence Integration Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our existing company data systems while leading a team to drive digital transformation and innovation. This role requires hands-on experience with Python, Azure cloud services (or equivalent), SSMS, SQL, Databricks, ETLs, APIs, SFTPs, database management, and visualization tools like Microsoft Power BI.
The Business Intelligence Integration Engineer will be required to work cross functionally with various company departments to ensure the vision and strategies implemented improve functionality for all departments. They will be responsible for improving and verifying accuracy of data, so that that the Company can achieve it's financial and operational goals annually. They would develop and implement integration strategies, Engineerures, and platforms to facilitate efficient and secure data exchange and workflow across systems.
The BI Engineer will be responsible for the digital revolution of the Company, which would include hiring and managing a team that would deliver on Company timelines related to system improvements. This would also include working with various external vendors to determine if the existing systems are the best solution or if changes need to be made to improve efficiency across the organization.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in systems integration.
- Proficient with database management and analytic tools and languages supporting data analysis and reporting - R, Python, SQL, Microsoft SQL Server and Excel.
- Proven track record of working with cloud technologies for ETL data management such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, AWS EC2, or similar.
- Experience with backend infrastructure and how to Engineer data pipelines.
- Expertise in leading enterprise-level systems integration projects, with a demonstrated ability to drive change and innovation.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, and project management skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions, leveraging data-driven insights and industry best practices.
- Proven track record of creating visualizations in Microsoft Power BI or similar tools, driving actionable insights and informed decision-making.
- Commitment to professional development and continuous learning, staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.
