The position will report to the Director, Global People Experience, working closely with the Office Facilities SupervisorThis role is based in NYC and requires in-person attendance five days a week.
The Office Manager is responsible for managing and supporting the administrative operations of the office while ensuring that employees have the resources and services they need to perform their roles effectively. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, from coordinating office events and managing employee services to maintaining office morale and facilitating communication across teams. The Office Manager will work closely with the Director of Global People Experience to create a positive and engaging workplace environment for employees.

Salary Range
$85,000-$95,000 USD
In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.

Overall Responsibilities:
- Employee Support & Engagement: Ensure employees have access to essential office services and resources, including catering, office supplies, and workstations.
- Space Planning: Collaborate with leadership to manage office space, including seating arrangements, conference room usage, and ensuring that the physical space aligns with company needs and policies.
- Office Communication: Serve as the central point of communication for all office-related inquiries and issues. Provide timely and clear communication regarding office policies, events, and updates.
- Event Planning & Coordination: Plan and execute company-wide and department-specific events, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives in partnership with People Experience and Business Unit leaders.
- Visitor & Guest Management: Manage the scheduling and reception of visitors and guests, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Employee Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including arranging office setup, orientation, and welcoming initiatives.
- Collaboration with People Team: Support the Director of Global People Experience in implementing people-centric initiatives and workplace culture programs.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to leadership and employees, including document preparation, meeting coordination, and scheduling.
- Office Aesthetics & Ambience: Ensure that the office environment reflects the company's brand and culture by maintaining a clean, welcoming, and collaborative space.
- Facilities Collaboration: Work in close partnership with the Office Facilities Supervisor to ensure the office is well-maintained and to identify any employee needs regarding the physical workspace.
- Budget and Cost Management: Assist with tracking office-related expenditures and assist in managing the office budget to stay within established limits.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and recommend improvements to office processes and services to enhance the employee experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or related roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with office management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- High attention to detail and a passion for creating a positive work environment.
