OIM Senior Architect /Developer

What are the top 3 Must Haves for this Role? 1) Good hands on experience onboarding Apps to OIM12C using standard and custom connectors, SOA, Routing etc 2) Sound technical knowledge on implementation architecture, OIM platform stability options, Engg activities, Enhancements, Trouble shooting. 3) Ability to come up with Out of the box solutions, enhancements, reusable components, automation and guide the fellow team members Required skills: Good communication and Client Handling skills Preferred Skills: Experience in Onsite-Offshore working model
