The Oncology RN Manager will lead Cancer Services for Beverly Hospital with outpatient locations at Beverly Hospital, Addison Gilbert Hospital and Anna Jacques Hospital.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Seeking an experienced Oncology RN manager to join the multidisciplinary team leading Cancer Services at Beverly Hospital and Addison Gilbert Hospital in Gloucester
- Will be an integral part of the hiring, on boarding and mentoring of new colleagues to the team; annual team competencies and skills fairs; staffing/scheduling/payroll; member of various department and organizational committees (Cancer Committee, Oncology Subcommittee, Oncology Leadership group, related Epic Workgroups, and unit-based council); opportunity for patient education, support of clinical research, and active participation in various accreditation surveys - both Commission on Cancer and Joint Commission.
- Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Epic Beacon experience preferred.
Requirements:
- minimum of 3 years oncology nursing management; current OCN, Massachusetts RN and BLS.
