Summary
Perdue AgriBusiness is launching a project to modernize its Operational Technology (OT) infrastructure, SCADA systems and analytics at major sites, such as edible oil refineries and soybean crushing plants. The Operational Technology Manager will provide OT leadership and manage the OT team for Perdue AgriBusiness. The team will partner with engineering and operations to implement and maintain OT systems at AgriBusiness sites.

Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements
Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings. May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another. May need to access files, supplies and equipment. Work activity is in an open-partitioned, cubicle office.
Able to move freely throughout the agribusiness facilities, including climbing vertical heights (0 -150'), exposure temperatures (0-100) degrees Fahrenheit, humidity (0-100%), noise (50db to 100db), and chemicals (MSDS sheets available). Must be able to wear protective equipment, including self-contained breathing apparatus. Required to travel to remote agribusiness facilities and customer locations.

Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the convergence between IT and OT systems
- Gauge the security, effectiveness, and resiliency of existing systems; develop and implement strategies for improving, converging, or further leveraging these systems
- Oversee the planning, design, and execution of IT/OT projects
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure the successful implementation of IT/OT projects
- Provide guidance and support to IT/OT project teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Minimum Education
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, and/or Engineering
Experience Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in IT or Opertional Technology roles
- Manufacturing / Operational Technology experience
- Experience and knowledge of infrastructure and cybersecurity technologies and concepts, including servers, firewalls, network switches, network segmentation, vulnerability assessment, and risk management
- Experience managing a team of technical OT associates and/or large projects
Experience Preferred
- AgriBusiness industry or process manufacturing experience
- Experience with Rockwell FactoryTalk and/or Ignition based SCADA systems
- Relevant industry certifications and trainings a plus - GIAC, GICSP, ISA/IEC 62443
- Certifications, OEM specific training (Rockwell, Inductive Automation, etc.)
