The UHS Corporate Business Office is seeking a dynamic and talented Operations Analyst III - Revenue Cycle Scripting RPA.

The Operations Analyst III - Revenue Cycle Scripting RPA supports all Revenue Cycle Management department teams by writing/reviewing/running scripts on a robotic process automation platform. The position entails collaborating with various team members to understand business needs for specific automation, ability to translate those needs into automated scripts that alleviate manual, repetitive tasks within the Revenue Cycle. Additionally, the Operations Analyst III will be responsible for patient accounting profile maintenance as well as assisting with creating/modifying system rules as needed. This position also involves data/account review to ensure system rules are working effectively.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Writes, runs and reviews automated scripting after discussing with end users.
• Supports Regional Business offices by performing patient accounting profile maintenance as needed.
• Review accounts regularly to identify opportunities for system flow improvement.

Qualifications

Experience & Knowledge:

• Associate's Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred. 8-10 years of related experience required.

The successful candidate will have experience in script writing in a robotic process automation platform. Candidate must be meticulous and can interpret data trends. Five to ten years functional knowledge of revenue cycle collections, healthcare or related field is preferred. In addition to robotic process automation experience, skill set should include professional written and verbal communication skills as well as proficiencies in Visio, Microsoft EXCEL and WORD. Experience with Cerner/Oracle Invision and Millennium products is a plus. The ability to meet deadlines and multitask is required. Intermediate logical deduction skills and the ability to solve most problems independently are required.
