Onekit Systems Assistant Manager
The Assistant Manager is responsible for oversight of daily operations activities within their assigned area. Areas of focus include Safety, Quality, Cost, Productivity & People. The Asst. Manager will promote teamwork, both within their department as well as supporting other areas as needed. Their primary focus will be to ensure operations activities are performed as required and maintain a high level of customer experience.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1st Shift (Expected from 6:00AM-4:00PM) (Rotating weekends and overtime may be required) (Schedule is subject to change based on production requirements)

The estimated base salary range for the Onekit Assistant Manager is $81,200-$85,900. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel.

Responsibilities for a Onekit Systems Assistant Manager:
- Promote a culture of safety within the organization thru behavioral focus, training, and accountability. Champion initiatives focused on creating an incident free workplace.
- Manage operation staff in day-to-day department activities ensuring policies and procedures are carried out to achieve established business company goals and objectives.
- Report on daily activities/problems/solutions etc. Initiate continuous improvement activities to remove process barriers, reduce waste, and improve efficiencies.
- Devising ways to optimize logistics operation processes and inventory control procedures.
- Continuously improve utilization of WMS system in the organization.
- Prepare, analyze, update & maintain logistical masters (e.g. material masters) in WMS.
- Develops business relationships with suppliers and clients.
- Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships.
- Produce error-free month end closing data reports, review and present their results (e.g. time sheets).
- Analyze data to anticipate future needs.
- Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met.
- Report to upper management on process issues, improvement point and system updates, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications for a Onekit Systems Assistant Manager:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics Management, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role in a fast-paced logistics assembly production environment required.
- At least 8 years of logistics, warehousing, distribution, or relevant field
- Proven experience as inventory, logistics specialist or assistant manager or similar position
- Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g. WMS, TMS, SAP, ERP)
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
- Experience in WMS, SAP development as logistics operation perspective
- An analytical mind with strong math skills
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to create, analyze, and compare data using spreadsheets is required
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Bilingual (Korean) preferred

- Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product, from various heights weighing up to 50 lbs., depending on the location, throughout shift.
- Able to work in a warehouse environment for up to 8-hour shifts, and any overtime hours if applicable.
