Operations Director

Principal Accountabilities (The following is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. It is not an exhaustive list of all expectations.): Coordinates and works closely with capacity management and peers on daily field activities. Plans all aspects of operations in order to achieve the highest level of service at the lowest cost. Directs and implements all aspects of the operating plan for responsible SC facilities. Evaluates and measures actual cost results to plan and recommends changes as needed to accomplish goals and objectives. Discusses, develops, and implements alternatives to improve service to the customer. Ensures a safe / secure working environment at each facility through consistent practice of safety programs and procedures. Assist in selection and training of operations staff. Establishes and maintains positive employee relations and excellent internal communication. Compliance to operations standards and procedures. Establish accountabilities and processes to ensure required levels of productivity and organizational objectives.
