    Operations Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

    Your Mission

    The Operations Financial Planning & Analysis Manager is responsible for the full P&L and for driving the monthly FP&A agenda across the organization. This team member will be heavily focused within finance operations working closely with supply chain, operations and R&D, to drive business insights and improve operational efficiencies. The role will also be responsible in leading the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting cycles.

    What you will do
    • Act as the primary financial business partner to the organization in driving profitable growth with the ability to translate data into business insight highlighting risks and opportunities.
    • Create and lead a monthly finance-operations review that monitors KPIs, analyzes impact, and drives decision making.
    • Collaborate with the supply chain and operations teams to assess labor impact in alignment with demand planning
    • Develop operational business plans to achieve various financial targets
    • Partner with the sales and operations team for monthly forecasting of full P&L identifying trends, analyzing variances vs budget, and actions to correct.
    • Lead and manage annual budgeting cycle working closely with stakeholders across the organization
    • Develop the financial plans pertaining to various business initiatives, calculating ROI and tracking throughout project life
    • Initiate a working capital review with the purpose of reducing the operating cycle of the business
    • Work cross-functionally across the business with exposure to senior leadership on financial efficiencies and participate as a Subject Matter Expert
    • Establish overall strategic vision of both short term and long term goals to be achieved by the team
    • Manage overall day to day work, projects and other ad hoc requirements of team members
    • Inspire and create a positive, challenging and rewarding work environment for team that ensures their goals are aligned with company goals
    • Coach, mentor and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities.
    • Empower employees to take responsibility for their jobs and goals. Delegate responsibility and expect accountability and regular feedback.
    • Lead employees using a performance management and development process that provides an overall context and framework to encourage employee contribution and includes goal setting, feedback, and performance development planning.


    What we expect from you
    • University degree in related field (CPA / MBA preferred)
    • 5+ years of practical experience in financial planning and analysis in a manufacturing environment
    • 3+ years of managerial experience
    • Strong analytical skills, excellent verbal & written communication skills
    • Strong presentation skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required with advanced Excel; SAP experience preferred
    • Experience in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment
    • Capable to organize, plan and execute tasks reliably and independently, without close supervision
    • Experience to a mid/large-size company in a manufacturing environment
