Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Pay: $100,000 /Year

Duties:

• Oversee and support production, quality, engineering, and sales teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Develop and execute a plan to grow revenue.
• Improve processes, reduce costs, and integrate new technology using Six Sigma and lean principles.
• Track key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage CNC machining operations, optimizing schedules and resources to meet safety and quality standards.
• Work with the engineering team to refine product designs and streamline production.
• Ensure compliance, leading audits and reviews.
• Develop and manage budgets to align with financial and strategic goals.
• Support the sales team in identifying new market opportunities and guiding product offerings.
• Communicate with corporate leadership, providing insights and reports to drive growth.
• Implement cost-saving measures while maintaining efficiency and profitability.
• Foster a positive and motivated work environment.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years in manufacturing management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience in CNC machining and metal manufacturing environments.
• Background in managing ISO-certified and ITAR-compliant operations.
• Experience scaling a business in the $5M-$20M revenue range.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or business preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate employees at all levels.
• In-depth knowledge of CNC machining, production processes, and quality standards.
• Proven ability to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize operations.
• Business acumen in budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, manufacturing software, and data-driven decision-making.
