You will
  • Manage daily autonomous GSE deployment operations at ATL, including setting schedules and ensuring efficient operations.
  • Support the engineering team by ensuring the availability and timely provision of essential resources such as safety drivers, vehicles, and airside access.
  • Oversee the process of airside badging and vehicle permits, conducting meticulous follow-ups to ensure adherence to airport regulations.
  • Supervise a team of Autonomous GSE Operators, ensuring safe driving operations comply with AeroVect's safety driving protocols.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for operational issues, identifying challenges, and coordinating efforts for swift mitigation. Proactively communicate with AeroVect leadership.
  • Monitor and conduct data analysis on key deployment metrics to drive operational improvements.
  • Deliver comprehensive reports on deployment progress, operational issues, resolutions, and performance for AeroVect leadership.
You have
  • Proven experience leading operations teams in high-stakes safety-critical environments (e.g., aviation, manufacturing, emergency response, logistics, etc.), ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional attention to detail - must be able to track and manage deployment operations, identify discrepancies, and closely monitor project status.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills to effectively manage a range of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment under pressure and excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a balance of professionalism and friendliness.
  • Must possess a valid US driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
We Prefer
  • Experience deploying industrial robotics or complex engineering products.
  • Knowledge of airport safety protocols and regulations.
  • Background in ground handling operations at a U.S. airport.
  • Experience with operational data analysis and dashboard creation.
