Operations Manager (ABA) - 1428

An emerging ABA startup is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to help manage and grow its services. This role focuses on overseeing BCBA and RBT staff, managing caseloads, and contributing to the establishment of new locations and clinics.

Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee and support BCBA and RBT teams to ensure effective service delivery.
• Manage caseloads, including assignments, adjustments, and efficiency optimization.
• Assist in the planning, coordination, and establishment of new locations or clinics.
• Monitor and improve operational processes for quality and efficiency.
• Serve as a liaison between clinical teams and administrative staff.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and maintain accreditation standards.
• Analyze operational metrics and prepare reports for leadership.
• Address client or staff concerns and implement solutions proactively.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in an ABA or healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with ABA services, including BCBA and RBT roles and caseload management.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with clinic setup and expansion is a plus.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
