Position Overview
The Operations Manager for Commercial Door and Hardware will oversee the daily operations of our commercial door and hardware division, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. This role involves managing projects, coordinating with contractors, and optimizing workflows to meet customer demand while maintaining profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the commercial door and hardware division.
• Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure successful completion of tasks.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality control measures to ensure product standards are met.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to encourage repeat business.
• Prepare estimates and proposals for commercial projects based on client specifications.
• Train and mentor staff on operational procedures and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in the commercial door and hardware industry.
• Strong understanding of industry standards and safety regulations.
• Experience with project management and estimation software, preferably Comsense.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
