Our Operations Team is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and support our business growth in the EMEA region. This role will work across departments to ensure day-to-day systems operate efficiently, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions that drive organizational progress. The Operations Manager will ultimately oversee a team of Operations Coordinators while managing and actively contributing to projects that launch and maintain product offerings and partnerships outside of North America. Success in this role requires strong problem-solving, people management, and organizational skills. We are looking for an approachable and optimistic leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to help build best-in-class experiences from the inside out.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and drive the growth of our business in the EMEA region, ensuring operational efficiency and scalability.
- Grow and manage a team of Operations Coordinators, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and the successful execution of strategic initiatives.
- Ensure a cohesive operations experience for internal and external users regardless of region.
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve workflows, productivity, and overall business performance.
- Manage and actively participate in company projects related to launching and maintaining product offerings and partnerships.
- Develop and maintain operational best practices to support business expansion in our markets outside of North America (LATAM/EMEA/APAC).
- Analyze key operational metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize resource allocation, project timelines, and budget management.
- Foster a positive and results-driven team culture that aligns with company values and goals.
- Stay informed about market trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive dynamics within the EMEA region.
- Develop and maintain relationships with manufacturers, OEM partners, and other vendors globally to run systematic and purposeful operations that ensure top-notch customer and partner experience.
- Review and facilitate pre-sales requests for customers and partners (Proof of Concept, trials with hardware, software demo "showcase") in the respective regions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the EMEA region.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of international import/export regulations, including compliance with customs laws, trade agreements, and documentation requirements.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in another language is a plus.
- Experience with operational processes, workflow optimization, and business expansion strategies.
Other useful skills/experience
- Able to manage multiple priorities concurrently, maintaining organization, attention to detail and flexibility
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret key operational metrics
- Experience with CRM tool highly recommended, specifically Salesforce.com
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, etc.), Microsoft Excel, Slack, Monday.com
