Operations Manager - NP Services - 1538

A growing startup psychiatric provider is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee and manage a team of Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and other providers. This individual will ensure that all providers are well-supported, stay on track with their tasks, and maintain high operational standards.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of all NP and provider staff.
• Check in regularly with providers to ensure workflow efficiency and satisfaction.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of patient care and service delivery.
• Work closely with leadership to maintain and improve operational systems.
• Address any issues or concerns from providers to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor provider performance and implement improvement strategies where needed.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably within a healthcare or psychiatric setting.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Understanding of healthcare provider regulations and standards.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot operational issues and develop solutions quickly.
