About the role:
The Fusion Operations & Core Intel Deployment Manager, is a senior leader that oversees strategic direction and coordinates the delivery of quality services within their assigned team. The Fusion Operations & Core Intel Deployment Manager monitors and manages the performance and actions of Fusion Operations & Core Intel Coordinators. They are a subject matter expert, with significant experience as an Intelligence Analyst. They act as a liaison between the Operations/Senior Manager and Coordinators. They provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within their assigned team.
In this role, your responsibilities will be:
Determine strategic direction for overall Fusion Operations & Core Intel verticals
Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline for assigned team members
Oversee the implementation and application of policies and procedures
Create operational briefs for leadership, as requested
Support Operations/Senior Manager
Perform other related duties as required
As a candidate you must have:
Bachelor's degree in Regional Studies, Strategic Studies, International Relations, Political Science, Economics, STEM or equivalent military/professional intelligence training
Two plus years of academic or professional experience in research, analysis, and development of intelligence products/reports
Proficiency in PC and iOS hardware and software including word processing, data analysis, presentation, and mapping programs
Complete and maintain state guard certification as prescribed by presiding state law, as well as all client requested certification; all documentation and fees are the responsibility of the employee unless otherwise noted
Must be a dependable team player with business maturity and enthusiasm with the ability to deliver high level of customer service
